I started Rethinking the Image in 2024 with the intention of sharing my interest in visual culture and building a community of like-minded individuals.
My writing is informed primarily by my regular visits to galleries and exhibitions in my home region of Yorkshire, England, though I do occasionally venture further afield.
I have also written frequently about advertising and photography. I’m particularly interested in drawing connections across different types of images, highlighting the constant process of cross-pollination which animates visual culture.
